Future-Ready Living - This fully automated residence was designed from the ground up for reliability, accessibility, and ease of living. Redloh Designs engineered a robust infrastructure with centralized networking, lighting, and HVAC systems, ensuring every technology in the home works seamlessly together and able to be remote monitored and services from afar. Automated Crestron window treatments and drapes respond to time of day and climate conditions, while driveway loops with sensors, door locks, and access control panels provide security and convenience. Entertainment is elevated with a dedicated home theater and multiple media rooms, all tied into the home’s custom Crestron automation platform. Redloh Designs deployed a custom Crestron control system to unify a vast array of technologies across the home’s expansive footprint, including automated window treatments, precision lighting control, and invisible equipment placement. Centralized media servers deliver flawless distributed audio to multiple zones, while complete video distribution over the network ensures perfectly synchronized audio and video in every space. With a strong emphasis on network security, dedicated VPNs were implemented to allow safe, secure remote access for both the homeowner and service team.
